Personal data processed

Only data you submit is processed. No tracking is carried out for profiling purposes during your visit.

• Identity and contact data: the name, email and phone you provide in a service request.
• Request content: type of business, sector, headcount, current position and anything written in the free-text field.
• Newsletter registration: the email address only.
• Technical data: the IP address reaching the server when a request is submitted, used temporarily and solely for abuse rate limiting.

Purpose and legal basis

• Assessing your request and responding — your explicit consent and your request directed at forming an engagement.
• Sending the bulletin — your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Preventing misuse of the forms — legitimate interest.
• Retention duties arising from professional legislation — legal obligation.

Transfers

Your data is never sold and is not shared for marketing. It is processed only with the hosting and email infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the service, and only to that extent. Lawful requests from competent public authorities are reserved.

Retention

• Requests that do not proceed: at most two years.
• Relationships that become engagements: for the retention period required by professional legislation.
• Newsletter registration: while the subscription continues; deleted immediately on request.
• Rate limit records: at most one hour, held in memory.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information where it is, learn whether it is used for its purpose, request correction, erasure or destruction, request restriction of processing, and claim compensation for any loss.
