    Meeting

    We discuss what you will do, your partnership and capital plan, and decide together which structure fits.

    Documents and application

    We prepare the articles, the MERSİS application and the required documents, and plan the notary and registry appointments.

  3. 03

    Registration

    Trade registry filing, chamber registration and tax office procedures are completed.

  4. 04

    Set-up

    Ledger certification, e-document applications and the bookkeeping arrangement are put in place.

  5. 05

    First period

    The first returns and filings are made; we stay with you until the routine settles.
